Special Pages
From Programapedia
Categories
Categories provide clustering, similar to tagging, for searching and browsing wiki content. As Programapedia grows and expands into more uses, the categories will also grow. This is a natural evolution process for wikis. Initially the category wiki text is generated from the Add (Library, Presenter, Program, and Company) forms.
Category indexes are shown as links from the side navigation. Categories can also be accessed via toolbox:Special Pages – Categories.
Within a wiki page, category links appear at the bottom of the page. This is standard and recommended usage of Wikipedia.
To add more categories to an existing wiki page, use the edit link on the right side of the Editing section. Enter any new categories at the end of the wiki article.
Category Examples:
Category:Presenters|Geisert, Bonnie
Category:Presenters:G|Geisert, Bonnie
Category:Geography:Prairie Area Library System|PALS
Category:Age Level:All Ages|All Ages
